Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Director who will manage provider relationships and enhance provider satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a network of contracted radiology providers
• Monitor provider satisfaction and develop key metrics to track outreach and performance
• Collaborate with teams to create educational materials and maintain accurate provider information

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in payer/provider relations, healthcare account management, or network operations
• Knowledge of managed care, radiology/imaging services, and provider workflows
• Experience using CRMs and collaboration tools
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Bonus: Experience with provider data management or healthcare communications
