Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in account management, solutions consulting, or client success, preferably in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
- Analytical problem solver with experience using data to deliver impact stories
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments and manage shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for partner success and revenue outcomes
