Institutional Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Institutional Financing Client Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high-priority institutional clients and ensure smooth onboarding of accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience and address client issues
• Identify client needs and opportunities to promote institutional financing products

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in relationship or account management for institutional clients
• In-depth knowledge of global financial markets, prime brokerage, and crypto
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency in client service
• Experience in data science and programming (Python, SQL) is a plus
• CFA, CAIA, or other relevant industry designations are preferred
