Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned merchants, providing proactive support and guidance
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new merchants and provide ongoing education
- Engage merchants to increase platform usage and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields
- Experience with phone-based outreach and managing a high volume of contacts
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Comfortable presenting and leading conversations via phone or virtual meetings
- Adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
