Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive their success through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client needs and devise strategies for success while fostering and enhancing existing relationships
- Execute and oversee strategic marketing plans, ensuring timely project delivery and effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Own the client onboarding process and maintain accurate client data while proactively assessing and addressing client concerns
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client success or account management within a marketing agency
- Experience with marketing, content, and search engine optimization
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, HubSpot, and project management software like Teamwork
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
