Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a technical liaison and trusted advisor to high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point of contact for assigned customers and guide IT solutions to align with their business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and seamless service delivery
  • Support ITIL-based process oversight, including incident and change management, and coordinate root cause analysis for major issues
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing and administering Windows Server environments
  • Strong knowledge of network device configuration and administration
  • Understanding of cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms
  • Previous experience with virtualization technologies, including VMWare
  • Proven success in a Technical Account Manager or customer-facing engineering role
