Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness while collaborating with various departments for timely execution of deliverables
- Proactively identify clients' goals and implement marketing strategies to enhance client retention and revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a consultative, account management, or client retention role required
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Digital Advertising industry
- Experience in marketing, agency, and/or media sales preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
