Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and expand key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new use cases and upsell opportunities within existing accounts while partnering with Sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of services
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- Exceptional relationship-building and executive presence with client-facing experience
- Ability to identify business drivers and translate them into actionable plans
- Experience working with AI or transformative enterprise tech platforms is a plus
- Strong collaborative skills and appreciation for cross-functional teamwork
