Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and securing freight and customers through various methods
• Managing relationships with customers and ensuring data integrity in customer-related functions
• Monitoring current loads and proactively resolving customer issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of brokerage experience
• Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
