Job Summary
A company is looking for an ICHRA Account Manager to oversee the administration of ICHRA plans for employer groups and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between employer groups, employees, brokers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless ICHRA experience
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, including plan design, employee education, and enrollment support
- Monitor and track client accounts to ensure compliance with plan requirements and applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of health reimbursement arrangements (especially ICHRA) and group health benefits
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or benefits administration, preferably in health insurance or HR services
- Experience working with health insurance carriers, brokers, or third-party administrators
- Knowledge of ACA compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations
