Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through account management and business development
- Establish and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide forecasts and risk analysis for assigned accounts while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in a SaaS or tech-related industry
- Experience with RF(x) responses or proposal management is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated capability to manage global accounts effectively
