A company is looking for a Provider Relations Account Manager II - BH.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for complex operational issues, documenting and resolving them
- Lead internal and external meetings, managing agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks
- Conduct operational trendspotting and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications and Education
- B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in health care, claims operations, or billing/revenue cycle required
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio required
- Strong project management and presentation skills required
- Comprehensive knowledge of managed care concepts and financial risk arrangements required
