Provider Relations Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Account Manager II - BH.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for complex operational issues, documenting and resolving them
• Lead internal and external meetings, managing agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks
• Conduct operational trendspotting and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications and Education

• B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in health care, claims operations, or billing/revenue cycle required
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio required
• Strong project management and presentation skills required
• Comprehensive knowledge of managed care concepts and financial risk arrangements required
