A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Advisor to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and implement the value proposition of solutions within customer-specific workflows
- Provide insights to enhance product adoption by linking usage to economic value
- Develop and deliver training programs and Quarterly Business Reviews for customers
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management
- Experience with executive engagements and presenting to C-Suite leaders
- Familiarity with product development and release practices for large enterprises
- Experience managing account success, including renewals and cancellations
- Ability to identify and address adoption barriers in collaboration with product and engineering teams
