A company is looking for a Sr. Grant Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and submission of sponsored research proposals, ensuring all documentation meets submission criteria
- Ensure fiscal compliance on sponsored projects, including monitoring budgets and approving expenditures
- Serve as the primary resource for PIs regarding grantor agency regulations and ensure compliance with research involving human and animal subjects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; experience may substitute for degree
- 3-5 years of research administration experience required
- Proficient in spreadsheet, database, accounting, and other computer applications
- Good working knowledge of funding guidelines and policies of research agencies
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
