Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Project Management team and ensure efficient operation of client pods
• Consult with clients on eDiscovery best practices and manage project communications
• Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring compliance with scope and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline
• At least six years of eDiscovery project management experience
• Minimum two years of experience leading an eDiscovery team on large-scale projects
• Experience with eDiscovery commercial management and drafting cost estimates
• Relativity experience and accreditation preferred
