A company is looking for a Director of Client Success RCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of Client Success Managers to enhance member satisfaction and retention
- Implement strategic plans to drive service adoption, improve member experience, and manage client success programs
- Oversee performance metrics, manage escalated member processes, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- 3+ years of experience with ambulatory EMR software
- 3+ years of experience leading a team in Account Management or Client Success
- 2+ years of experience supporting small to mid-sized practices
- BA or BS Degree preferred
