A company is looking for an Account Manager, Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing needs and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients while coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account/client management and customer success experience in a client-facing role
