Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for leading proposal teams in developing high-quality proposals for biomedical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal response teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions
• Provide first draft responses and ongoing content support, including editing and formatting proposals
• Contribute to the content management of the proposal library and manage proposal data for tracking progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline required, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of applicable full-time proposal experience, or 6-7 years without a degree
• Experience with CRO or IT proposals preferred
• APMP Foundation-level certification preferred
• Working knowledge of Shipley proposal principles preferred
