Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Operations Supervisor to lead a remote team supporting provider enrollment and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise provider enrollment transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with SLAs
• Mentor enrollment agents in resolving complex processing inquiries
• Monitor service levels and escalate issues to management as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business management
• 6+ years of customer service experience, including 3-5 years in provider enrollment or healthcare operations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience managing a remote team effectively
