Provider Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant-Provider Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support physicians and advanced practice providers throughout the onboarding process
• Manage provider credentialing, including license verification and review of malpractice claims
• Act as the primary point of contact for new providers and liaise with HR and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credentialing and privileging processes (preferred)
• May require a valid Indiana driver's license with proof of insurance
