Job Summary
A company is looking for a Publisher Success Manager to manage relationships with premium publisher partners and support account growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 publisher partnerships, providing day-to-day support through Zendesk
- Track support requests to identify trends and develop operational processes for improved efficiency
- Proactively identify growth opportunities for partners and support onboarding implementations
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital media/ad tech, preferably in an account management role
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with the media industry and digital advertising landscape
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and manage multiple tasks effectively
