Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to maintain relationships and ensure value delivery within its existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments and forecasting
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new buyers and enhancing LRN solutions
- Analyze client health metrics and recommend optimizations to improve product usage
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of client-facing relationship or account management experience
- Experience supporting users of a SaaS business application
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and MEDDPICC
- Knowledge of the Ethics and Compliance learning space
- Industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, or HR benefits platforms preferred
