Account Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Relations Manager II to act as a liaison with vendors and business partners to enhance relationships and service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance
• Assesses key performance data to monitor productivity and compliance of programs
• Acts as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to manage escalations and facilitate new business implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Experience with CRM platforms and Medicare is highly preferred
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
