Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Relations Manager II to act as a liaison with vendors and business partners to enhance relationships and service expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance
- Assesses key performance data to monitor productivity and compliance of programs
- Acts as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to manage escalations and facilitate new business implementations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Experience with CRM platforms and Medicare is highly preferred
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
