Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMMS Account Manager (ServiceInsight) to coordinate and support CMMS operations across global locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for all CMMS-related matters across global locations
  • Lead client relationships and oversee CMMS product activities, including implementations and training
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for work order compliance and ensure service level performance is met
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Prior experience with ServiceInsight CMMS product and leading a CMMS program is required
  • In-depth knowledge of EAM/CMMS is essential
  • Microsoft Project classwork or certificate of training preferred
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
