Job Summary
A company is looking for a CMMS Account Manager (ServiceInsight) to coordinate and support CMMS operations across global locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all CMMS-related matters across global locations
- Lead client relationships and oversee CMMS product activities, including implementations and training
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for work order compliance and ensure service level performance is met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Prior experience with ServiceInsight CMMS product and leading a CMMS program is required
- In-depth knowledge of EAM/CMMS is essential
- Microsoft Project classwork or certificate of training preferred
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
