Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution I representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies, executing the denial appeals process
  • Prepare and submit required reports while tracking and reporting on ongoing issues related to claims
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with various departments to achieve revenue cycle goals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of collection experience preferred
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze accounts for payment accuracy
  • Basic experience with PC applications and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work needs and manage multiple priorities
