Key Responsibilities
- Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies, executing the denial appeals process
- Prepare and submit required reports while tracking and reporting on ongoing issues related to claims
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with various departments to achieve revenue cycle goals
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of collection experience preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze accounts for payment accuracy
- Basic experience with PC applications and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work needs and manage multiple priorities
