Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Operations Specialist for a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with fitness center leaders and staff through various communication methods
- Support new contract implementations and contract renewal discussions, capturing partner feedback
- Resolve issues to ensure successful delivery of fitness programs and provide support to marketing and sales teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of experience in vendor management, customer service, or client services
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and experience working with older adults is a plus
