- Own and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) to maximize revenue growth
- Manage renewals by proactively engaging with customers for timely contract renewals
- Identify expansion opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that align with customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of driving renewals and upsell revenue
- Experience working with Salesforce and Stripe
- Direct revenue closing experience (renewals, cross-sell/upsell, or new business)
- Ability to analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities
