A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage the renewals process and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full renewals lifecycle from quote to close, starting 150-90 days before expiration
- Build strong relationships with assigned customers to ensure a seamless renewal experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to maximize retention and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B technology
- Proven ability to manage renewal cycles and achieve retention targets
- Experience working with channel partners and distributors in a renewals capacity
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ; familiarity with renewals tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and build processes
