Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager, Public Sector (Penetration Testing).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by managing the technical health of a portfolio of accounts
- Guide customers in leveraging advanced features of the platform for deep adoption
- Build trust-based relationships and act as a technical advisor on security strategies
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management or Cybersecurity Consulting
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk frameworks
- Proven ability to manage customer portfolios effectively
- Experience with Public Sector clients is a strong plus
