Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Direct and Channel Sales Teams to enhance post-sales Account Management
- Establish and maintain consultative relationships with customers, identifying expansion and up-sell opportunities
- Manage the implementation and renewal processes, ensuring timely revenue generation and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Account Management, with at least three years as a Strategic Account Manager or similar role
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts at all organizational levels
- Salesforce knowledge
- SaaS background, preferably in fraud prevention or identity verification
- Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability
