A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join their Growth team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Direct and Channel Sales Teams to enhance post-sales Account Management
  • Establish and maintain consultative relationships with customers, identifying expansion and up-sell opportunities
  • Manage the implementation and renewal processes, ensuring timely revenue generation and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Account Management, with at least three years as a Strategic Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts at all organizational levels
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • SaaS background, preferably in fraud prevention or identity verification
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability
