Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, Supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client support and engagement as the main point of contact on assigned accounts
- Lead meetings and platform demos, ensuring effective communication of client needs and performance reviews
- Manage and grow mature accounts, focusing on up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Client Success or Account Management role
- Ability to utilize data for strategic recommendations to clients
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
- General understanding of Ad Serving, Third Party Data, and Email Service Providers
- Basic understanding of HTML is preferred
