Job Summary
A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for Employers and Partners
- Manage annual renewal processes and respond to client inquiries within service level agreements
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing necessary reporting and resolving escalations
Required Qualifications
- Experience with COBRA administration and related tools is a plus
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Familiarity with Employer Group plan designs and file schedules
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
