Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to support client implementations and open enrollment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Benefits Administration teams to maintain accurate client plan design information
- Develop and enhance training materials and call flow resources for Call Center staff
- Coordinate implementation and open enrollment activities, ensuring client expectations are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in call center operations preferred
- Minimum 3 years of formal call center leadership experience required
- Experience with analyzing and reporting metrics using Excel, Access, and/or SQL
- Experience in health and welfare consulting or employee benefits industry preferred
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
