Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a relevant client-facing role
- Experience with SaaS, LMS, CMS, or software development implementation management
- Proven ability to build strong customer stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
