Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Implementation (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short-term relationships with clients to create positive first impressions
- Coordinate and lead internal and external implementation calls for client onboarding
- Create and manage client resources, including contracts and benefit plan summaries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Client service and/or industry and product line experience preferred
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and anticipate client needs
