Implementation Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Implementation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short-term relationships with clients to create positive first impressions
• Coordinate and lead internal and external implementation calls for client onboarding
• Create and manage client resources, including contracts and benefit plan summaries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Client service and/or industry and product line experience preferred
• Knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client needs
