Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, providing exceptional service throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Manage broker and client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of account management experience
- Proven experience in a broker support or client service role, preferably in finance or insurance
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various administration systems
