Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive / Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 50 customers and drive adoption, retention, and ongoing success
- Conduct onboarding, health checks, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in SaaS
- Experience with CRMs and customer success tools
- Ability to advocate for customer needs with technical or product teams
- Proactive and growth-minded approach to driving impact
- Familiarity with SaaS usage metrics
