A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive customer engagement to prevent risk and promote growth
- Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets while maintaining a rolling forecast of the territory
- Conduct business reviews and collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with contract negotiation and driving contracts to completion
- Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities and manage time effectively
