A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive customer engagement to prevent risk and promote growth
  • Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets while maintaining a rolling forecast of the territory
  • Conduct business reviews and collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with contract negotiation and driving contracts to completion
  • Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities and manage time effectively
