Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Manager (Japanese) to manage existing Japanese global health accounts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client support and relationships for Japanese global health accounts
- Provide proactive consultative recommendations and manage account renewals
- Upsell additional product lines and handle escalated client issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in Japanese (Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji - written and verbal required)
- Strong background in marketing, account management, or sales
- State required Life, Accident and Health Licensure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems
