Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager (Japanese) to manage existing Japanese global health accounts remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client support and relationships for Japanese global health accounts
• Provide proactive consultative recommendations and manage account renewals
• Upsell additional product lines and handle escalated client issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in Japanese (Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji - written and verbal required)
• Strong background in marketing, account management, or sales
• State required Life, Accident and Health Licensure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems
