A company is looking for an Associate Principal, Strategic Account Services (Authorizations & UM) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-value client relationships and serve as the senior point of contact for strategic accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive client retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and advocate for client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in client services, account management, or strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry
- 1-3 years of experience in a provider or payer environment with exposure to prior authorization or utilization management workflows
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
