Key Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate commercial lines insurance policies for new and renewal business
• Oversee client accounts by addressing inquiries, explaining coverages, and facilitating claims processes
• Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and resolve customer service issues related to coverage and billing

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 or more years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Active New York Property & Casualty License
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Quick learner thriving in a fast-paced environment
