Associate Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Executive (AAE) for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery for assigned accounts
• Collaborate on contract renewals and expansions while addressing client needs
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support account management and renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, health administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services preferred
• Demonstrated ability to understand healthcare and employer health benefit plan design
• Good understanding of financial metrics such as revenue and margins
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time
