Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to enhance customer engagement and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale technical relationship and provide strategic guidance for customer deployments
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Train customers on product usage, manage feature requests, and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience in cybersecurity software/technology
  • Hands-on experience with Endpoint Security, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, and SaaS Security
  • Strong understanding of internet protocols, data formats, and networking components
  • Familiarity with common Security and Compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and PCI DSS
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach and strong ownership of results
