A company is looking for a VP, Customer Growth to lead post-sale customer lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Client Success and Account Management teams, promoting accountability and excellence
- Establish strategies to improve renewal rates and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Foster relationships with key customers and manage complex revenue-related issues
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a customer-facing role, with 2+ years in a leadership position
- Experience in investment banking, consulting, or similar fields at an Associate level or higher is preferred
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience in metrics-driven performance and behavioral management
- MBA is preferred but not required
