Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to drive customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of commercial customers, ensuring high on-time renewal rates
- Develop and maintain a forecast of the renewal portfolio, meeting or exceeding renewal and net retention targets
- Identify churn risks and uncover expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs and product usage
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding retention and expansion quotas
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, managing complex renewal cycles
- Technical aptitude to understand and articulate the value of complex technical products
- Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management and forecasting
