Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Partner Success to coordinate and execute partner program activities from onboarding through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to validate program objectives and create actionable work plans
• Facilitate planning and tracking activities for partner program delivery to ensure productivity and adherence to timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing updates and maintaining long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a client-facing environment
• Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Solid understanding of partner program management and campaign development
• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams and motivate team members
