Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive fundraising, corporate sponsorships, and grant development efforts for a national nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement comprehensive annual revenue plans and maintain a strong pipeline of funding opportunities
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key sponsors, ensuring fulfillment of partnership deliverables
• Define KPIs for sponsorships and grants, reporting on campaign ROI and engagement outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or grant management within a nonprofit organization
• Demonstrated success in securing funding from corporate and foundation partners
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or fundraising certification preferred
• Experience with CRM and grant management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
