Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Director with experience in Casualty and Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-renewal visits to review client loss experience and identify potential dissatisfaction
- Manage client renewals, contract revisions, and service plan negotiations
- Resolve major customer service issues and identify cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Two (2) years of account manager experience or five (5) years adjuster experience with two (2) years in a supervisory role
- Experience in the Casualty/Workers Compensation field
- Ability to coordinate invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Familiarity with compliance and quality initiatives
