Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retention Specialist who will enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with high-value dealership accounts to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct analyses of client advertising campaigns and translate data into actionable insights to optimize performance
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive strategies for retention and account growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in contract renewals
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM software and business intelligence tools
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex client issues
  • Experience in a senior or lead role, including mentoring team members, is a plus
