Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prime Client Engagement Sr. Account Relationship Manager (CEE) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client accounts focusing on retention, adoption, and expansion
• Lead executive-level discussions to align on business goals and measure value realization
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage deliverables and client expectations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of account management or client relationship management experience, preferably in SaaS or HCM technology
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM solutions
• Experience managing strategic customer engagements and leading cross-functional teams
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
